Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", "you", or "your") and 999gt (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), which operates the online gambling platform accessible at https://999gt.cam (the "Website").

6. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or director of 999gt, or of any affiliated software or service provider.

By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility conditions are met and remain satisfied throughout your use of the Platform. 999gt reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services on 999gt, you are required to create a player account by completing the registration process on the Website. The following terms govern the registration and maintenance of your account:

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and contact details. Any information provided that is found to be false, misleading, or inaccurate may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active account at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether by the same individual using different names, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — constitutes a violation of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 999gt reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any winnings generated, and permanently ban the player from the Platform.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. 999gt will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login information. You should notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at our discretion at any subsequent time, 999gt will require you to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit a copy of your Malaysian MyKad (front and back) or a valid international passport, together with any additional documentation we may reasonably request. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending and may result in account restriction.

Deposits & Payments

999gt accepts deposits through a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits via BTC and USDT are also accepted. The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• All deposits are credited to your account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless made via cryptocurrency, which is converted at the applicable rate at the time of confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published on the Platform and are subject to change at 999gt's discretion with reasonable notice.
• You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees.
• 999gt does not charge players for standard deposit transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which 999gt accepts no liability.
• Deposited funds that remain unused and unclaimed for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as outlined in Section 11 of these Terms.
• 999gt reserves the right to decline any deposit transaction at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Withdrawals

Subject to the fulfilment of all applicable conditions set out in these Terms, including KYC verification and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements, players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time.

6.1 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Times

Withdrawals may be processed via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay), DuitNow / FPX bank transfer, or direct bank wire transfer. Typical processing times are as follows — these are target ranges under normal conditions and are not guarantees:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes from approval.
• DuitNow / FPX: 5 to 15 minutes from approval.
• Direct bank wire transfer: 15 to 60 minutes from approval.

Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending, where a security review is in progress, or during periods of high transaction volume.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• You must complete KYC verification prior to your first withdrawal.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to accepted bonuses must be fully met before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 999gt may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, expiry date, and maximum withdrawal amount from bonus winnings.
• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus balance. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-funded winnings are converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Players may claim each promotion once per household, IP address, device, and payment method unless otherwise stated.
• 999gt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice, without liability.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the conditions of any promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or system manipulation — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and wagering activity conducted on the 999gt Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, poker, and all other game verticals:

• All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player after confirmation, except where the Platform expressly offers a cash-out or bet-edit facility for that specific market.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in the odds, lines, or game outcome, 999gt reserves the right to void affected bets and return the stake to the Player's account. This includes instances where an incorrect price was offered due to a pricing feed error.
• For sports betting, in-play markets are governed by the specific rules published for each sport and competition on the Platform. Where a match is suspended, abandoned, or replayed, the specific settlement rules for that market will apply.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes vary by game and market and are displayed prior to bet placement. 999gt reserves the right to limit the maximum stake available to any individual Player without notice.
• Where an accumulator or Mix Parlay bet includes a market that is subsequently voided, the remaining selections in the accumulator remain active and the odds are recalculated accordingly.
• 999gt uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology for all casino and virtual games. Outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG and are not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, or Player account status.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 999gt Platform. Any breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to appropriate authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one player account, or providing false identity information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that constitutes, facilitates, or promotes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised technological means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the Platform's systems for financial gain. Players who identify any such issue are required to report it to [email protected] immediately.
• Colluding with other Players to influence game outcomes, share strategic information in real-time during live dealer sessions, or engage in any form of coordinated play designed to gain an illegitimate advantage.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring").
• Charging back, reversing, or otherwise disputing any genuine deposit transaction with your payment provider without first raising the matter with 999gt's support team.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of the 999gt support team or any other Platform user in any communication channel.

Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by 999gt

999gt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity in connection with the Platform.
• The Player has provided false identity information or is ineligible to use the Platform.
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligations require the restriction or closure of the account.
• The account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

11.2 Inactivity Fee

Accounts that have been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee, the current rate of which is published in the Player's account settings. The inactivity fee will be applied monthly until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates their account. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

11.3 Closure by the Player

Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable fees) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999gt shall not be liable to any Player for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, business, or data arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if 999gt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any of its services, including interruptions caused by technical faults, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals beyond the stated target processing times, where the delay is attributable to a third-party payment provider, bank, or telecommunications service.
• Any loss arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their account login credentials.

Nothing in this section shall limit 999gt's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 999gt Platform — including but not limited to the 999gt brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 999gt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of 999gt.

Any unauthorised use of 999gt's intellectual property may result in legal action and will constitute a material breach of these Terms.

Amendments to These Terms

999gt reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide Players with reasonable advance notice — typically no less than seven (7) calendar days — by email to the address registered on the account and/or by a prominent notice on the Website.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

2. Escalation: Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism provided by 999gt's licensing authority.
3. Jurisdiction: Players acknowledge that the laws of Malaysia may differ from the laws of the licensing jurisdiction, and that by using the Platform they are contracting under the laws of the licensing jurisdiction as set out in this section.
